What
Is the Cornerstone Society?
Members of the Cornerstone Society are special friends who
have made provisions through planned gifts such as bequests,
gift annuities, pooled income arrangements or trusts to benefit
Glenwood School. Is this or could this be you? Please take
a moment to consider this commitment.
The strength of Glenwood’s 120 years of success and
what ensures our continued existence is largely due to a strong
planned giving program. Planned gifts are vital for the strength
of Glenwood as they can become part of the endowment fund
used to offset the annual expenses. In 2004, almost one-half
of annual operating expenses were paid from this endowment
fund, reducing the amount of money that must be raised each
year and thereby reducing fund-raising costs. Even donors
who commit modest amounts of money to Glenwood during their
lifetime can continue to support our mission in the future.
We invite you to join the Cornerstone Society. For more information
please contact Pat Pretz, Director of Planned Giving, PlannedGiving@GlenwoodSchool.org.
