While Glenwood traditionally
has accepted children on a full-time residential basis, the
Board of Trustees established the Day Program to form a partnership
with families who need a safe, caring environment for their
children during a typical workday. Currently, the Day Program
is only available on the South Campus, and enrolls elementary
age boys and girls grades 2nd - 5th.
Glenwood Day Program students are involved in all on-campus
activities. Their day begins between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. when
parents drop them off for breakfast. After school, many students
participate in recreational activities, which are open to
all. As a service to families, the Day Program also is available
in the summer and students participate in the Summer Program.
